I prepare a cost estimate, obtain quotes from all the trades required, create a realistic construction schedule and take over central project management until completion.     The total costs must be clarified in detail before the renovation. Only by approving the budget before the renovation can there be no unwanted surprises.

    The project process must be planned precisely before it begins using a construction schedule. This is the only way for everyone involved to get their bearings. During construction, all decisions and corrections must go directly to the central project management. This is the only way to guarantee a smooth process.

  • 5. Adherence to deadlines

    Completion on time shows that the project management knows their craft. Meeting deadlines is particularly important to me.
